Booking.com analytics (Preferred Score / Performance Score)
The problem Booking.com's Extranet shows a Performance/Preferred Score for every property, but this data is not available in Channex. As a result, a property manager has to log into the Extranet manually and check each property one by one. On a small portfolio this is tolerable, but as soon as the number of properties grows — especially when they are spread across several accounts — it turns into a daily, repetitive and time-consuming task. Eliminating exactly this kind of routine is what a channel manager is for. Why this metric matters A property only meets the requirement for the Preferred Partner programme once its Preferred Score reaches 70 (the programme then has to be activated manually in the Extranet). Preferred Partner status has a direct impact on a property's visibility and booking volume, so this is not just an informational number — it is a threshold that affects revenue. The difficulty is that the score is dynamic. It shifts with reviews, cancellations, pricing and other factors. When checking manually, it is easy to miss the moment a property crosses 70 — meaning the programme isn't activated in time and potential bookings are lost — or, more damaging still, to fail to notice that a property has dropped below the threshold and lost the status. The request It would be valuable to have the Preferred Score available in Channex for each property. If Booking.com's connectivity API allows it, the same applies to other Extranet analytics — Performance Score components, conversion and visibility data, and Genius/Preferred programme status. Impact Anyone managing more than a handful of Booking.com properties is doing this check by hand today. Surfacing this data in Channex would turn a daily manual routine into automatic monitoring, and would give Channex a clear advantage over other channel managers.

API Keys that work on a group level instead of property
At the moment, each of our tenants is set up as group in Channex, via the API. One of our clients uses PriceLabs to manage the dynamic pricing, which pushes to Channex then out to the OTAs. TO allow him to do this I have created an API key, but I have to restrict it to individual properties, or leave it completely open to all properties, meaning all my tenants properties will be visible. If you allowed an API key to scope to a group, this would resolve this limitation. At the moment I have to add their properties manually to the API key when the call me, which doesn't scale well.
