Allow photos and facilities/amenities configured in Channex to be synced automatically with Airbnb and Booking.com. This should include adding, updating, deleting and reordering photos, as well as mapping amenities to each channel’s supported facility codes. This avoids managing the same listing content manually in each OTA.

Channex already supports syncing standard fees to Airbnb. We would like equivalent support for Booking.com through its Charges API. This should include charge types such as bed linen, resort, cleaning, environment and city tax, with different calculation modes and included/excluded settings. Example: a mandatory bed-linen fee of €12 per person per stay can be synced to Airbnb, but currently must be configured manually for Booking.com. Please also show whether each charge is collected online by Booking.com or paid at the property. This differs from the existing Payments API request, which concerns retrieving payment data rather than configuring charges.

What we did Toggled the date to "open" in our system at 2026-08-29T13:28:00.294Z (France).Our push (rate=50, stopSell: false, availability: 1) was sent via the Channex Restrictions + Availability update endpoints and returned success (no error, HTTP 2xx). Expected 2026-08-29 should show as open/bookable on the Airbnb listing calendar, consistent with 2 opened days, 2026-08-30 and 2026-08-31, which are also open on our side and correctly show open on Airbnb. Actual Airbnb host calendar still shows 2026-08-29 as blocked, labeled "Blocked by you," identical to the still-genuinely-closed 2026-08-22 and 2026-08-23 (which do have stopSell: true on our side correctly closed).So the discrepancy is isolated to 2026-08-29: our system and the Channex push say open, Airbnb still shows closed.
