Feature requests

We would love to see TOMAS added as a distribution channel in Channex. TOMAS is one of the leading destination management and booking platforms in German-speaking tourism and is used by many tourism organizations and destinations. A direct integration would make it much easier for properties to distribute availability and rates without relying on manual exports or third-party workarounds.

Allow photos and facilities/amenities configured in Channex to be synced automatically with Airbnb and Booking.com. This should include adding, updating, deleting and reordering photos, as well as mapping amenities to each channel’s supported facility codes. This avoids managing the same listing content manually in each OTA.

Can set different discounts to specific rate plans on a channel

It would be great to modernize the Channex Booking Engine and add Stripe Checkout

a paid Rate Shopper feature that allows properties to retrieve and compare current room rates for selected locations, dates, and competitor hotels.

Add integration to Mix Dorm OS (mixdorm.com), it is use by a lot of hostel

Feature suggestion – Channel promotion price display It would be useful to have a promotion configuration for each channel we create, with a checkbox for each applicable promotion and a field to enter the discount as % or €. For example: Booking.com ☑ Genius: 10% ☑ Mobile: 10% ☐ Last Minute: 15% The PMS could then use these settings to calculate and display the estimated guest-facing price in the calendar/pricelist, alongside the price actually sent to the channel. This would allow us to see at a glance both the price we send and the price the guest sees, rather than only the channel rate. Ideally, if technically possible, these promotions could eventually be retrieved automatically from the channel API.
